Description: If you’re ready for a high energy, exciting position with Utah’s Favorite Bike Shop this position is for you.  This position requires high quality, hospitality oriented and driven individuals. We are seeking several seasonal retail staff team members. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Greeting customers and taking them through our sales process in person and digitally. You will be working with the rest of your team to reach pre-determined goals. Our retail team assists the marketing team with events, the operations team with the day to day upkeep of our facilities and is also responsible for product merchandising. This position is a great gateway into other departments within our organization.  


As we expand into Light Electric Vehicles (LEVs) we have need for people with electrical experience and understanding of the technology. As many of the LEVs we work with are off-road-capable, we are also interested in people with motorsports industry (motocross, side by side, ATV, etc.) experience.    

Requirements: 

  • A passion for cycling

  • Strong hospitality and organizational skills

  • Outgoing, happy and driven personality

  • Drug test, Background and credit check will be performed

  • Must qualify for fidelity bond coverage

SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Description: Mad Dog Cycles is seeking a leader for our Service Department. Join our team and be part of Utah’s Favorite bicycle tech department. Detailed processes help our high-volume tech department tick like a Swiss timepiece. On the job training and certifications are available. This position requires a strong technical aptitude, a team player attitude, a Hospitality mindset, strong work ethic and ability to pay attention to detail.


This position requires equal part’s technical ability and hospitality toward our customers AND service department team members. We have a detailed process playbook to follow, your secret ingredient will be your ability to train and motivate staff with the focus of continually elevating the team. With a well trained team focused on providing exceptional hospitality we will all win together.

    • Trek Certified Service

    • SRAM Technician University

    • Bosch Certification

    • Will have attended Shimano Technical Training

    • Training in electronics and basic understanding of how electrical systems work

  • Drug test, background and credit check will be performed

  • Must qualify for Fidelity bond coverage

  • Technicians are required to provide your own toolkit (requirements available upon request)
