Description: Mad Dog Cycles is seeking to fill several seasonal Technician positions for the 2020 season. Join our team and be part of Utah’s favorite bicycle tech department.  Detailed processes help our high-volume tech department tick like a Swiss timepiece.  On the job training and certifications are available.  This position requires a strong technical aptitude, a team player attitude, a hospitality mindset, strong work ethic and ability to pay attention to detail.      

Requirements:

  • A passion for cycling.

  • Strong Hospitality and organizational skills.

  • Outgoing, happy and driven personality.

  • We are willing to train good people so previous experience is not always required but you will be required to prove your technical abilities. Strong applicants will have these certifications:

    • Trek Certified Service

    • SRAM Technical University

    • Bosch Certification

    • Will have attended Shimano Technical training

  • Drug test, Background and credit check will be performed.

  • Must qualify for fidelity bond coverage.

  • Technicians are required to provide their own tool kit (requirements available upon request).

Position: Retail Sales Associate

Description:  If you’re ready for a high energy, exciting position with Utah’s Favorite Bike Shop this position is for you.  This position requires high quality, high energy, hospitality oriented and driven individuals.  We are seeking several seasonal retail staff team members. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Greeting customers and taking them through our sales process in person and digitally.  You will be working with the rest of your team to reach pre-determined goals. Our Retail team assists the marketing team with events, the operations team with the day to day upkeep of our facilities and is also responsible for product merchandising.  This position is a great gateway into other departments within our organization.   

As we expand into Light Electric Vehicles (L.E.V.) we have need for people with electrical experience and understanding of the technology. Many of the L.E.V.’s we work with are off road, we are also interested in people with motorsports industry (motocross, side by side, ATV, etc) experience.

Position: Part-Time / Seasonal Customer Care & eCommerce Associate

Description: 

Mad Dog Cycles is seeking a hard-working office Associate able to “change hats” throughout the day and
assist with the tasks related to our Customer Care center and eCommerce business and general office
tasks. You will spend the majority of your workday at a desk and must be able to excel at repetitive
tasks and have exceptional phone and electronic communication skills.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:


Customer Care - handle all inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, text, chat, social
media, etc. Will use several different types of software, must be technologically inclined.


eCommerce - Assist with website order processing, receiving of product, packing and shipping. Work
with customer’s inquiries related to items they are interested in ordering. Must be able to apply
suggestive selling techniques in an effort to help online customers purchase the items correct for their
intentions.


Social Media - As a member of this team you will not only communicate with our customer base via
social media but will also assist our Marketing team by posting, promoting, scanning groups and forums
for potential business and general engagement.

Requirements:

- A passion for cycling.
- Strong Hospitality and organizational skills.
- Outgoing, happy and driven personality.

be required to prove your abilities and claimed experience. Strong applicants will have
experience in these areas:
