Mad Dog Cycles reserves the right to cancel orders when the cost of shipping is excessive (rare). Some items may be assembled for our showroom, there will be a boxing fee in the event these items need to be shipped.

**Any orders over $200 will require us to verify your identity to help us mitigate fraudulent orders. We will need to see a form of government-issued ID and a selfie to compare & the last 4 numbers of the card used on the order submitted (You can cover the first 12 numbers) You can text those to us over a secure conversation that we will initiate via text message (SMS)  or we will be happy to confirm this information over a video call.**

Mad Dog Cycles is not responsible for the final assembly of any products. If your order an item such as a bicycle, hitch rack or similar item that requires assembly it is our recommendation that you have that done professionally at your expense (boxing fees included in additional shipping price chart below). Our customer service team may be able to assist with technical videos and instruction documents where available. 

Note: Orders on in-stock items typically ship in 1-2 business days. Items listed as In Warehouse will usually add 1-3 extra business days before shipping, but may take longer depending on the warehouse in which your item is located. Next-day (overnight) orders on in-stock items are usually delivered by the end of the following day.

If your shipping address differs from your billing address we will first need to confirm the address with you either via phone or email. We will not ship the product without first confirming the shipping address with you. We will make every effort to get in touch with you. If we can not make contact with you within 10 days we will cancel the order.

These shipping prices only apply to the Continental United States. For shipping to AK, HI, or other countries please email and include your full shipping address for a quote.

We will not ship to P.O. Boxes. No exceptions.

Additional Shipping Charges:

Bikes over 21 dimensional weight units will be charged an additional shipping fee of $1.25 per unit (calculated at checkout). 


eBikes / EVs Purchased From Mad Dog Cycles

We can perform mechanical and most electrical diagnostics and repair on products that were purchased from Mad Dog Cycles. 

eBikes / EVs NOT purchased from Mad Dog Cycles

We are able to perform mechanical diagnostics and repair on most eBikes / EVs. This includes tires and inner tubes, brakes, drivetrain, etc.

We cannot perform electrical diagnostics on eBike / EV models that are not sold by Mad Dog Cycles with the exception of a few brands that provide full factory support. If you have a Class 1, 2, or 3 eBike / EV and the manufacturer has supplied you with the necessary electrical components needed to resolve the electrical issue with your eBike / EV, we can install these parts for you. Please reach out to our service department for further details.

eBike / EV Battery Policy

eBike / EV models sold by Mad Dog Cycles are permitted to have their batteries left in the bike and stored here at the shop. The keys for the bike should be left with us in case the battery needs to be removed during service. 

eBike / EV models NOT sold by Mad Dog Cycles that are NOT having electrical work done MUST have their batteries removed and taken home, they cannot be stored at the shop overnight.


Fast and Convenient!  When you purchase a bicycle or parts and accessories greater than $499 you have the option of selecting "Home delivery". Once your order is placed we will contact you to set up a delivery time. We deliver between Lehi and Santaquin Utah.


Merchandise may only be picked up at the Orem location. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.


There are no returns on sale or closeout items unless the items are defective.

We Guarantee to sell you the right bicycle in the right size. All new non-ridden bicycles may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. All other bikes purchased from MDC are eligible for our trade-in program. 

If there is a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). A return shipping label can be obtained for damaged or incorrect merchandise by contacting us via email. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees and outbound shipping are not refundable. 

Items may be subject to a 15% or higher restocking fee.

All orders must be returned before 30 days from the purchase date. Our security system automatically deletes card data and sensitive information for your safety after 30 days.


Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog, and we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for items that have incorrect information including but not limited to Out-of-Stock, Incorrect Pricing, Used Items, Close-out or anything here-of. We reserve the right to define new objects as "new", even if they are take-offs or are out of the box, as long as they have never been used. These out of box items will be shipped without the original manufacture packaging but will still have full warranty. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create.
